How It Works

Selected applicants will be assigned to groups (cohorts) of up to eight individuals. Each cohort will move through the Connect4Impact experience at the same pace, attending virtual sessions together, and working on shared projects as a team.

The bonds within the cohort will grow stronger as participants progress through the experience. Participants will have the opportunity to stay connected after the program and, as graduates, become members of the Network to mentor future cohorts.
