What is Connect4Impact?
Connect4Impact, powered by Women Connect4Good, is NOT your average leadership program. It’s a space for young changemakers (like you!) who care about gender equality, social justice, or activism and want to turn that energy into real action. Our program connects you with mentors and helps you level up your skills so you can make a legit impact on the world.
Who can apply?
If you’re a high school junior, senior, or early college student (age 16–20) and are ready to step into your power, this is your opportunity. You don’t need a perfect resume or a fancy title, just the drive to make a difference.

What if I’m new to leadership?
No worries. This program is all about growing into the leader you’re meant to be. If you’ve got the spark and the drive, you’re in the right place.
What kind of workshops do you offer?
Think real-world skills like public speaking, grantmaking, and leading projects–all taught by activists and social impact pros who are already killing it.
What does “influence grantmaking decisions” mean?
It’s exactly what it sounds like! You’ll help decide which impactful projects get funded. Your voice literally shapes the change.
Will I get a mentor?
Yes! Joining Connect4Impact plugs you into the Network–a community of mentors, peers, and leaders there to back you up every step of the way.
What makes this program different?
This program isn’t just lessons and workshops–you’ll be DOING the work, making decisions, creating impact, and building a lifelong network. It’s action, not just talk.
What about scholarships?
Yep, being part of the Council can unlock scholarship opportunities to support your leadership growth.
How much time do I need to commit?
The program works with your busy schedule. Details like meeting times and events are shared at orientation, so you can stay balanced with school, work, and activities.
Is it virtual or in person?
The format is primarily virtual; it’s built to be accessible, no matter where you are.
How long is the program?
Connect4Impact is a six-month leadership program.
Can I stay involved after it’s over?
Definitely! Once you’re in the Connect4Impact Network, you’re in for life. You’ll continue receiving resources, opportunities, and support, plus opportunities to mentor future cohort members.
