Criteria
Who We're Looking For
Age/Education
- A young woman, ages 16 – 20.
- A college-bound high school junior/senior or early college student
Leadership Interest
- Have an interest in leadership, social justice, gender equality, and/or activism
- Show a desire to make a positive impact in their school, their community, or the world
Availability and Commitment
- Be able to participate in two monthly virtual sessions (approximately 2–3 hours total per month)
- Be willing to engage in group discussions, collaborative projects, and mentorship activities
- Commit to active participation in at least 75% of the program events
Opennes to Growth
- Be open to learning, feedback, and mentorship
- Be willing to collaborate with a diverse cohort of peers
Technology Access
- Have reliable internet access and a device capable of joining Zoom calls and other online platforms.
Bonus Points (But Not Required):
- Experience with student government, clubs, or volunteering
- An interest in public speaking, content creation, or advocacy
- A unique perspective that can help shape conversations about leadership and equity
